30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include any tags, accessories, and documentation
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address and any additional information required to process your return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received
In these cases, BaiveHome will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at support@baivehome.com with photos of the issue. We will review the case and work quickly to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Opened or used personal care products where hygiene regulations prevent resale
If you have questions regarding a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@baivehome.com.
